Lunch is a meal difficult for many people trying to lose weight. It is tempting, go to a store near the tomb of office and something, but often it is not good for the size or wallet! Instead, they have with bread, try using sticks and carrots peppers.
5. Couscous Salad
A large lunch in summer - the preparation of the package of couscous and add the mint, parsley, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, sunflower seeds, olive oil and lemon. Yummy!
