5 Healthy Lunches For Weight Loss


Lunch is a meal difficult for many people trying to lose weight. It is tempting, go to a store near the tomb of office and something, but often it is not good for the size or wallet! You can also opt for something at home - and the obvious choice is a sandwich. But given that should try one, the amount of sugar un mange in a day, a sandwich perhaps not the best option.

So here are some suggestions for some free-sandwich lunch.

1. Fruits

That can not many people the first choice for a filling lunch meeting, but it is useful on several occasions in particular, if you know you have a well-Carb dinner in the night. A fruit salad is healthy, delicious and makes you feel good, good health!

2. Home Made Soup

Very good for winter! If you soup dinner, for only a little more, so that some on the left for lunch the next day. You can either be in heat in the microwave, a piston or office. Thus, it may nerdy, but your waist is it thank you!

3. Salad

Mix up the preparation at home (without Mayo!) And keep in a glass refrigerator in the office. Think what you like in salads: spinach, rocket, olives, radishes, tomatoes, peppers, red onions .... healthy, tasty and filling.

4. Houmous

This is much better, if you own - you can control as much oil to add and it tastes better. It is not low in fat, but it is healthy and delicious - but make sure you do important meetings in the afternoon, because your breath is garlicky! Instead, they have with bread, try using sticks and carrots peppers.

5. Couscous Salad

A large lunch in summer - the preparation of the package of couscous and add the mint, parsley, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, sunflower seeds, olive oil and lemon. Yummy!
